This morning, I met the “spirit” of Bike to Work week, if not the full intention – I drove my bike 16 miles in my car and rode it the last 3+ to work just outside of Blue Springs. It was still refreshing, and I still got to hear the birds and feel the breeze and enjoy the sunshine and see and hear the 12 goslings between the adult geese as I pedaled along silently.
